I've battled with chronic overwhelm for years and I often felt life was piling up on me, leaving me feeling lost and ashamed. My struggles came to a head after my daughter, Imosé, passed away unexpectedly on the day she was born. 

 

The weight of Imosé’s death had me feeling like I was drowning with no way out, but eventually, I pushed myself to intentionally practice the coping mechanisms I’d learnt over the years. 

 

Realising I could take positive steps towards overcoming devastation inspired me to help others conquer their own challenges. This guide isn't limited to grief; life's curveballs, even seemingly trivial ones, can be tough for anyone. whatever you're struggling with, I hope this guide helps you.
